Our Policies
We know life happens. Even with the the best of intentions, you may not be able to make your appointment. To help you and our staff, if you need to cancel your appointment please give us 24 hours notice. This allows you to manage your life and allows us to manage the salon and services for all of our guests.
Last Minute Cancellations, No-Shows, and Late Arrivals
No-shows or last minute cancellations leave our stylists with empty appointment times for services other guests could have enjoyed. If a cancellation isn’t received more than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment, or there is a no-show, it will result in a 100% charge of the service scheduled. The charge will be added to the credit card number taken at the time of booking.
If you arrive late to your appointment — traffic can be challenging and the boss can request a report at the last minute — please know it could result in Willow staff customizing the service to accommodate the time left. You’ll still get that cut you’ve been wishing for, but we may not be able to blow dry or style it because there’s not enough time.
Cell Phones
Please be considerate of other guests around you and put your phone ringer and notifications on ‘silent.’ If taking a call is necessary, please keep the conversation low and to a minimum.
Kids
We love kids and understand if child care falls through and they need to join you at your appointment. However, salons aren’t fun for kids (and that’s okay). We kindly request they have an activity to keep them occupied: A quiet game, a book, or a video with headphones. We want to be respectful of all guests who come to Willow to unwind and also to our staff who are working.
Thank you for helping us make the Willow Salon experience a wonderful one for all our clients.
Personal Items
Willow Salon is not responsible for personal items, such as clothing or jewelry, in the event that they are lost or damaged.
